Just moved to Valencia. Needed an oil change and stopped by the nearest oil change place. It was the best experience I have ever had getting an oil change. I would definitely recommend oil stop.
This was my first time getting my new car serviced. I originally had an appointment scheduled to get it served at my CarMax dealership but came to this place because it is minutes from my house. I'm a working mom, and building in time to take care of my car can be difficult to say the least. I was looking for a quick oil change service while my son was at his coaching. I am sitting in the car writing this and I feel so taken care of. As soon as I pulled up, someone was hopping to direct me into the garage. Incredible service! The person assisting me mentioned that they don't get paid sales commission so I shouldn't feel pressured to say yes to all the things they offer. The oil change was quick and easy!
Great customer service! Fidel and Skyla were awesome, giving explanations on all services. They didn't make me feel pressured to add any services. They were very courteous and efficient. I'll definitely be returning for future services!

This was my first time coming here for an oil change all of the attendants were very informative about everything that they were doing with my vehicle I felt very much taken care of. All the tenants are very nice and hard working people, you will treated with the utmost respect!
This oil change place confuses me. When I first got there I was offered a drink of water, soda, coffee or tea but I declined. Another person came over then offered me the same thing but again I declined. I was then told the price for the manufacturer suggested oil of $55. I said I wanted the synthetic oil but was not told the price.
