Oilstop is my favorite place to get an oil change! I used to have a few near me in the Bay Area but now that I'm in Sacramento I'm willing to drive 25 min up to Roseville for the service. I love being able to stay in my car and be in and out of the garage instead of needing an appointment or sitting in a small awkward lobby. Wonderful experience! Very respectful, and great customer service. I did not feel pressured into buying more products even though they recommended them. It was a very quick process and they even offered refreshments. No hassle! Would definitely recommend and I will be coming back!
Gabriel took care of me for my visit. He was super professional, made sure my questions were answered, offered me a complementary beverage while I waited. It's my second time coming here and the service is still just as fast, efficient, and convenient. And I'll definitely be back for my wife's car. Thank you Gabriel at oil stop.
I had them change my oil in my bmw !!These guys are Knowledgeable and they only use quality oil and filters. I'm going to have them replace my transmission fluid next. They do good work!
Service in the oil change perspective was great as always. We tried giving them $25 off coupon in which they said they would grab later. It was forgotten overall so we paid full price. Complimentary refreshment was only given to driver this time around vs last visit tech gave both my husband and I one. But it's no biggie. We will make sure they take the coupon next time!
I can see why this spot got stellar reviews! They were quick, efficient, explained when I asked, patient, and never tried to upsell anything I didn't need. Got my oil change and some additional minor work done, and noted for other things in the future. They worked fast, didn't judge my dirty car, and were clean!
