Most thorough oil change experience I've ever enjoyed. Prices are higher than average oil change spots but the additional fee is earned, not simply charged. I returned Oil Stop after not visiting for two years because in the past, their staff were very annoying in how they presented additional, optional products. Now, their teams are better trained. They have an easygoing dialogue with you and oblige comfortably when they hear that you're on a budget. With that aside, it's a pleasant more down to earthy experience. The service here is amazing. It's a full team effort by their staff to get you in and out as quickly as possible. They do try and up-sell you on a lot of stuff, so beware about that. Overall I was very impressed on the efficiency and friendliness of the staff, I highly recommend going here for your next oil change. PS, they offer a complimentary beverage while you are waiting which is a very nice touch. I will be back every time I need the service. Thank you oilstop!
I gotta say, I agree with the Santa Fe local folks saying this is the place to go. Typically in the past, I've always felt like going to a mechanic for maintenance was a dreadful experience. As a recurring customer, it's pretty fun to sit in your car getting an oil change while listening to the crew have a good time together. They do great work. I requested an oil change and my car was taken care of immediately. Even checked my tires. They were quick and professional. They took the time to go over everything with me so I understood the process. I definitely will return. Job well don't!!
I usually do my own oil changes and am pretty diligent about doing them on time. I stopped at this location approximately 6 months ago because I didn't have time to do the oil change myself. I did a basic oil change with them. Which should've been oil and filter replacement. They also shown me a "sample" of my transmission fluid, which was green in color when it should've been red/brown. Quick oil change, accurate, a bit pricey but they're fast!! Friendly staff and not too pushy. If you're in the area check them out!
The folks here are friendly and service was relatively quick. However my car's undercarriage cover ripped a few days after the service, so the mechanics did not properly take it off and bolt it back on during the oil change
Nothing happy about this place. Will damage your average age cars, trucks, and SUV and take NO responsibility. Avoid! Not a Happy Customer!
