Great service and honest people. Quick and efficient. Local business. I always take all my cars here for oil changes and am always happy with the service.
I went in for an oil change and it was very efficient and quick. I loved how I wasn't pressured into buying a ton of unnecessary stuff for my car. Great price and good, honest people.
Brought my daughters car in for service while I was in town visiting. Very short wait (for a Saturday), service tech was prompt, kept me in the loop every step of the way, and answered all my questions. Couldn't have been happier and I highly recommend!
heading here today. was about to look up pricing and coupons locally and then I remembered how great the service and team is here also they're timely, knowledgeable and trustworthy. I remember they are competing rly priced but even if they were double the cost, i'd be happy to give my business to them bc of the rare pleasant experience they offer w/ an oil change
I was on my way to a different oil change establishment, while stopped at the light I noticed Pit Stop. I decided to give them a try, I'm so glad I did as it was fabulous! I was in and out in 15-20min, $39.99, checked all my fluids, and a free car wash to boot! Plus it was actually a good wash, my car was pretty dirty an now it looks great! Everyone there was very polite and knowledgeable. This will be my go to place from now on!
The workers here are as friendly as they are knowledgeable and honest. as a young female I often feel like I'm being taken for a ride when it comes to things out of my realm - such as auto care. Not here, never once did I feel like they were trying to nickel and dime me. They were honest with what things should be fixed now and what could wait. They even told me where I could order my own parts and proceeded to show me how I could fix it myself to save some money. I will be coming here from now on.
Great service, but super spendy for a simple oil change. Then to be told it's an additional few dollars to top off windshield fluid...seemed like they were nickel and diming you.
These guys were great. No sales push to get me to buy things that I don't need. They don't offer coupons but they don't try to talk me into anything I don't need either. If you Google "Jiffy Lube scams" you get to read all sorts of good reasons to go to a local place like Pit Stop. Also, I like it that the guys there were all past their twenties and looked like they had made a career out of the shop instead of a summer job during college! Terry was relaxed and knowledgeable with out being pushy. They have fast service that helped me get on with my road trip! Will go to them again.
