If I can give this place nothing, I would give it that! First off, while making the appointment, the girl sounded like she hated her life, had me on hold for about 5 minutes, 5 MINUTES, then I was rescheduled 2 times because there would not be a dentist present. Sorry but if I had a business and I had appointments with new clients/patients, I would absolutely not cancel or reschedule them at all! New clients sustain a business. I was recommended to this place by a friend. My daughter was in need of some work. The first visit they removed a tooth and popped her abscess escape ball that was on her gum. The second visit (to put a place holder on now vacant tooth spot), my daughter showed some resistance to letting the dentist work on her and the dentist didn't give it much of a go, said she didn't want to traumatize her, and instead they just refereed us out to a pediatric dentist. Stay away from this dentist.....I repeat this dentist is horrible. I went there for routine services only to be talked into having my silver cavities replaced with the white resin composite. Worse thing ever......because now I need not 1 but 2 root canals on those teeth because the cavity was deeper then they thought. Wasted tons of money at this place and they shrug their shoulder like nothing is their problem.
