Do I recommend the doctors… absolutely.. do I recommend them in other aspects absolutely not… I was a customer of 4 years never missed a payment until I changed my card in June and due to lack of communication, wrong emails and me not thinking anything of it( pregnancy brain) they sent a good paying customer to collections without waiting for me to show up for my appointment within the week I received the information, but was only told to “change my card” (which I will not do over the phone due to previous mistakes) bot... read more

THIS IS FROM MY BEST FRIEND I WOULDNT TAKE ANY OF MY ANIMALS TO THIS VETS OFFICE IF IT WAS THE LAST ON EARTH!!!! If I could give negative stars to this place I would. Too expensive. They do price matching on meds but don't tell you that until it's too late. They ran tests without my approval and ended up with a $400 bill( vet appointment and meds). My other vet I used to go to for my other dog was never that expensive. I'm going back to my other vet. I chose this one due to convenience. I'll drive the extra distance!
Piss poor service, a year ago paid $400 to them and was assured my cat would make it and he died less than 24 hrs later. Then today I call to schedule a visit for my kitten and was in a round about way told that I was a poor pet owner and was hung up on by a woman of the name Kylie. DO NOT GO HERE!

My 10 year old GR passed away of cancer in October. Took him in with symptoms in August. Was told it's allergies. Went back but it was to late. He lived one week. Wish more were done on the first visit so that we could have had more time to prepare. Our hearts are broken.
