If you schedule online they can never find your appointment. Then car sits for 30 minutes before it's moved. Usually fantastic service but not so great the last time I was there.

The service department goes above and beyond. Everything that I've ever asked about my car they have looked over even if they have to keep it in a couple extra days just to make sure that everything is all good they do.
