J.P. In the service department is always courteous, professional, and helpful. Its easy to schedule service, have explanations, and get quotes for comparison shopping. I always do my research and always come back to Oak Ridge Nissan. I bought my Murano new from a dealership in Kansas, relocated to Tennessee, and continue all dealership maintenance. Its a relief to rely on Oak Ridge Nissan with no worries.
It was a wonderful place, very friendly very clean, even had a snack bar really great stuff. Just didnt like the one hour wait when I was the first customer there.

The service was very good and took a very short time. I would personally be more comfortable if there were signs stating that masks should be worn in the waiting room.
It was good took a little longer then usual but they were short handed.
