JP and team at Oak Ridge Nissan did a great job completing all recall work while my son and I went to movies locally. They finished before the movie ended and left me a message that work was complete. Based on my bring up an issue with the drivers side front fender they went out and attempted to correct it immediately ( Ill need to get another fender because of damage done but I certainly appreciate their efforts to try and fix it)

Took my car for general maintenance.. oil change, tire rotation, fluid fill/inspection,etc. As well as a recall repair. I was expecting my recall repair same say since I drive so far and the appt was scheduled weeks ahead of time! I was told they couldn't fix my car bc parts had to be ordered, which was upsetting bc no one had mentioned this weeks prior and I'd driven so far! They were also suppose to clean my car before returning it to me. It looked worse when i got it back then when I left it!
