Had my very 1st root canal and being unfamiliar with the whole procedure…I was a bit nervous! Dr. Palo was great! He was explaining to me every step of the procedure and made sure I was comfortable…he did a great job and now I’m pain free! His assistant was the nicest lady who also made me feel comfortable, highly recommend!
They got me in and out of their fast.. Meaning they set me up for an appointment very quickly.I went in wasn't waiting got in got the procedure done and I was out the door. Everything. Went like clockwork everyone was fantastic. I have absolutely no complaints.I would recommend them to anybody.
5 stars for sure! This was my first root canal so I was super nervous! From the moment I entered the room I was informed and educated about the process. I felt NO pain, even from the initial anesthetic! The entire time I was in the chair, Dr. Penesis cracked jokes as the assistant giggled. The energy was joyful and calming. By the time the root canal was over, I was able to converse with the doctor with ease. 2 days after, still no pain and no complications. I HIGHLY recommend Oakbrook Endodontic Associates!
The care Dr. Palo provided was amazing. He knew that I was extremely nervous about my procedure and he was very attentive. I experienced no pain during or even after the procedure. Healing is going great so far!
