I have been a resident of Oakridge Crossing since 12/2018. From the beginning of the vetting process to lease signing, Brooke was so helpful in answering my questions great & small. I have had 2 service issues, in my time here, & they have been addressed promptly on the same day as submitting. I am so grateful that I found an amazing residence with extremely wonderful staff.
Very nice and clean complex. On-site management gave an excellent presentation of the property and explained everything. Brooke, Lauren, and Keith have been very attentive and helpful with the lease signing, my move in and have answered all my questions professionally. I have also met some very nice folks here.
Cannot write enough good things about this place. My family has been looking for senior housing for my grandma and have been having a difficult time, especially during the pandemic. I almost didn't even go because I was so tired of the let down. The staff was super knowledgeable and welcoming and made the application process super easy, even during the pandemic. The property is an absolute gem and would make a great place to call home. The property is well maintained beyond expectations.
They do not care about safety. Never do they repair things. They had a fire and a man died. They do not care. All they do is put new tenants in. They have not repaired anything. This includes the washers,elevator, doord. They allow homeless people to enter the building. They lie lie lie. Comcap mangerment in Denver should be investigatined
Lauren and Brooke were really helpful getting me set up with an apartment. Lauren helped me navigate the mountain of paperwork, took me around and showed me where to find everything, set me up with a storage unit, and even loaned me a cart and had pads put in the elevator to make my move easier. The little things like that make a resident feel valued. Great service and move- in experience.
