Her experience so far has been that her roommates are loud and the staff do nothing about it. It seems like there is no one monitoring the floors overnight. It has gotten to be pretty bad and we are thinking about pulling her out. I don't think they have the help they need for the amount of residents. The food is edible but not tasty. They have no variety and so it is the same thing they are eating each day. The quality is not what we would expect for the money we are paying.
