I visited this facility Oaks at Douglasville is a pretty facility. The people were nice. When you enter the room, it is very impressive. It is very clean. It is very pretty, and it makes a statement when you walk in. The building is very pretty. In the memory care, the staff walked me out. They have their own courtyard. It is never locked, and they can come in and out. It is totally enclosed, so they cannot get lost. They have the freedom of coming in and out of that space on their own. It is very pretty. They have a patio.
I visited this facility I didn't like their setup at Oaks at Douglasville. As soon as you come in the front door, that is the only area that they had a community area to watch TV or to sit for the residents. It just seemed very small, and it didn't seem welcoming. It's almost like a luxury place that you're not even supposed to be sitting in there. I visited this facility The Oaks at Douglasville was really, really the nicest place. I was very impressed with that place and the kind of services that they've provided. They were very nice and very well equipped. It was clean and spotless. It was a very nice facility. The rooms were spacious. The apartments were great. I visited this facility Oaks at Douglasville was great. The landscaping was beautiful and the staff went above and beyond. So, they were very nice. The facility was gorgeous too.

I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident My husband is staying at Oaks at Douglasville, and it's a very nice facility. It's new. The rooms are large, and the food is really good because my husband has gone from a 32 to a 34 waistline (so he recommends the food). The staff seems very friendly and very caring; so yes, I've enjoyed him being there. It's a very nice sized room, and the bathroom has a very wide door (so it's easy in and easy out).
