The Oaks at Grove Park is one of the best communities Columbus has to offer. [name removed] is amazing - high energy, compassionate, and always ready to help. The other staff members are also pretty incredible. The food is superb and the facility itself is well maintained. It's always bright and clean and feels like home!

There has been a turn over in administrative staff. My mother has been residing there since Sept 2025. We are now on our 3rd community relations person, 3 wellness nurse and 2nd executive director. I am pleased with the current administration. I have not seen a changeover of caregivers which is good. My mother seems to like them & they say they enjoy working with her. The facility and staff were fantastic. They took great care of mom leading up to her final days making her very comfortable. They were very accommodating during a very difficult time.

Great place for your loved ones to be cared for. My mother’s niece is in Horizons Memory Care there and we are very pleased. There are plenty of activities, an outdoor courtyard area, and the food is great

We enjoyed the serenity, and calm. Not overly fussy. And our meal was excellent in there lovely dining area. The facility is very manageable without having to walk a longer distance than necessary for meals, or activities. Everyone was extremely helpful. There are plenty of activities for residents to take part in.

The facility is clean and appropriately furnished for the residents. The atmosphere is calming and inviting. There are many activities scheduled each day for residents. The residents are friendly. The reputation these type facilities have is true here people wanna half do their job. I don't recommend any type of facility of this nature. If I could take care of him myself I would.
