I toured The Oaks recently and I was impressed with the facility as well as the care the residents receive. It is definitely a place I will consider for my loved one when the time comes. The price is reasonable and the location is convenient to our home which would make visiting easy.
The facility is clean, pleasant and the staff is very courteous! Room sizes are adequate and the meals are good. My father doesn't really participate in the activities, but they do keep a vigorous calendar of activities.
I was pleased with the attention the caregivers were giving to the residents, the cleanliness of the facility, and the security in place for the residents. The staff was friendly and helpful. A special shout out to [name removed], the wellness director. She was so professional, caring, and knowledgeable.
We decided to tour Oaks at Snellville based on the need for a higher level of care regarding my mother-in-law. We were recommended by another senior facility in the area where she is currently staying and decided to check it out. Courtenay, and her team were absolutely fantastic through the whole process of finding my mom a new home. Every question I might have had, was answered before I could asked it. She made The Oaks so appealing I contemplated moving in myself. I thank her for all her continuing help and I whole heartedly give The Oaks and Courtenay a 5-star review!

Had a wonderful experience, it's not too large just the right sizes, the rates were very reasonable compared to other locations. And it's close to family, plus I love that family can visit whenever th we y want no curfew.

My family member has been chronically ill for the past 3 years. He has been in the hospital or rehabilitation facility the better part of 2 years. They have all been terrible and in my opinion was guilty of elder abuse. When we made the decision that he could no longer live completely alone, we toured, interviewed, talked to residents at each facility and staff from the top down to the cleaning crew. A place for Mom helped me find it. They checked it out. It was 2 miles from my house. [name removed] was an excellent one to explain and make us all feel welcome and safe, I was disappointed when he left.
