The facility was nice, clean and cozy. The staff was courteous and attentive. They took great care of my father during his stay.
We toured the facility for our sister. [name removed] was fantastic, responsive and informative. The facility is nice and charming. The rooms are spacious, updated and clean. The atmosphere is very homey. We are looking forward to moving our sister in very soon.
From the first person that we met with, her name is [name removed]. We knew that this was the right place for my ex-husband. The staff has been so kind and so loving and the place is always clean. It never smells of urine and is difficult as ex-husband is they are so respectful and kind to him And I could not be more grateful for each of them.
Great experience with [name removed], extremely thorough and responsive. Excellent community & price... I really enjoyed the rooms, very clean and efficient. I only toured the studio options, but they were great.
I toured The Oaks recently and I was impressed with the facility as well as the care the residents receive. It is definitely a place I will consider for my loved one when the time comes. The price is reasonable and the location is convenient to our home which would make visiting easy.

The facility is clean, pleasant and the staff is very courteous! Room sizes are adequate and the meals are good. My father doesn't really participate in the activities, but they do keep a vigorous calendar of activities.
I was pleased with the attention the caregivers were giving to the residents, the cleanliness of the facility, and the security in place for the residents. The staff was friendly and helpful. A special shout out to [name removed], the wellness director. She was so professional, caring, and knowledgeable.
We decided to tour Oaks at Snellville based on the need for a higher level of care regarding my mother-in-law. We were recommended by another senior facility in the area where she is currently staying and decided to check it out. Everything they told me about this place was NOT true. For permanent employees, contractors not so much. And there's a lot of contractors, this place is severely under staffed. ay shift ok, swing shift ok, night shift is awful. A lady was in the hall yelling for help for 20 minutes I went a told the nurse, I took 20 more minutes before she came. Unacceptable. Please, do not recommend this place to anyone!!!!!!
