Horrible Service and very bad doctors. They over charge you for things that don’t exist. Took my puppy in and they told me he had an ear infection took him to my vet back at home and they said they didn’t see anything. It like they see only money come in through the door, not people or pet. It was like playing musical chair with doctors, instead of being with the same doctor I let as if I was always seeing a new one each time I came. They used a sweater pattern to stitch up a 8 inch incision on my dog. As a result the stitch came undone and the surgery was repeated, at my expense. They continue to defend their butchery. I've filed a lawsuit and will continue to seek justice for this crime.
just wanted to say I am very disappointed with Oakwood Animal Hopsital, been with you guys for a long time and in a time of need you have no passion to help a family with two girls who love their T Bone, it is not like you were not going to get paid just a little help splitting it up thats all. But its ok he is being taken care of now and i am done with you, for my husband who broke down trying to find help for t bone with you guys and the money hungry answer, shame on you.
Will never go back. Been a patient for years & had some guy call me this morning chewing me out about his recep. ???????????? Must be a owner ??? Clueless. At 8 in the morning a man screaming at me was nuts. Never had this happen!!!! Can't believe that Dr. Matt didn't call me?????? Where's ur balls if I did something wrong ( which I did not do anything even close to what this stranger accused me of ). Moving on to a better Vet & front desk!!!! Karma is a bitch!!!!!!
