Staff was solid. They did their job appropriately And effectively. We reached out for a viewing and we’re able to easily schedule several appointments to see what was available. The townhouses were nicely renovated and reasonably priced. Document submission wasn’t to difficult. Everything was online and pretty straight forward. Overall process took about a month from application to lease signing. Happy with the results. Also, we were assisted by Tayana Sanders. Her name wasn’t an option in the box below.

Cym is weak they have No rule or regulations ppl park like they want too so there for once it get cold this is what we All will be dealing with by that time I praying I be done move Amen!!!!
There is no rate for me I been out here since 2017 when I first got here I was looking for my car ok Pangea did play they had rules my car had got tow ok because we didn’t know at the time we was double park ok now it’s cym and they iis weak these ppl park in on the line where you pay rent at and they park double lined and they park backwards as well… it’s a mess whole I can’t wait until I move in to my houses because cym is weak they have no rules or regulations…and to me that’s weak Pangea had rule and regulations ok ... read more
Been living in the Jeffery apartments for a year and I have NO HEAT! I had to buy space heaters. I’m guessing free heat=no heat
