I loved my Dr. Then she retired. New Dr tried to change my meds. Office manager is useless. She doesn’t return phone calls after she tells you she will. Literally takes weeks to get a medication refill. I am going to look for a better run office and a Dr who actually listens to what you are saying.
the doctor did not listen to me and didn't even care about me as a person.
