I had a very disappointing and frustrating experience at this office. The care I received felt both inattentive and lacking compassion. During my visits, I had to prompt the nurse practitioner to prescribe medication, and even when the medication was clearly not working, there was no concern shown or effort made to explore alternative treatment options. I loved my Dr. Then she retired. New Dr tried to change my meds. Office manager is useless. She doesn’t return phone calls after she tells you she will. Literally takes weeks to get a medication refill. I am going to look for a better run office and a Dr who actually listens to what you are saying.
