RecommendedI absolutely love everything about this practice except for Dr. Gupta! Dr. Gupta has horrible bedside manner, rushes you, talks over you, doesn't listen to your concerns and shows a lack of sympathy and empathy that is astonishing given that she works with women and has children herself. However, the other Dr.'s go out of their way to make sure you feel comfortable and really sit down to talk with you and listen to any concerns you may have. Even the front desk staff is excellent! RecommendedGreat doctors who really care and a staff that goes out of their way to try to help you. Awesome how you can get your baby's 12 and 20 week ultrasound on a video to share with family and friends through social media and email, all free to the patient !!

It is very hard to schedule an appointment with an actual person. They consistently push their online scheduling system. I used it and specifically requested a certain procedure. I was very, very clear in what was needed and my request reflected my past medical records from there. My appointment was scheduled. Nobody called for any follow- up. Just go anywhere but here. Bringing life to this world should be a joyous journey and this is not what you will have if you go to OBGYN of EB. Pls just go somewhere else and save your stress and life.
I am so beyond upset and repulsed by the medical staff at this practice. I was never told at my last visit in 2019 that I had an STD, it was never posted to the precious portal they boast about. I was living out of the country and told them this was my only means of communication. Well, it never got posted, and the new nurse practitioner at my most recent visit scolded me for being "irresponsible" for never getting treated, but I was never notified.
