RecommendedWe stayed at Down Time for a week, and it far exceeded our expectations. The location was wonderful with plenty of room for our small group to spread out. The beds were very comfortable, and the house was spotless when we arrived. We look forward to coming back to Tybee next year!

RecommendedWe rented a 3 bedroom for 6 adults ocean front. Right before we checked in they called and informed us the upper floor A/C was out, but they had someone on the way to fix it, and was sure it was an easy fix. We moved in and went to the grocery store stocking up for the week. A/C guy came out and said it wasn’t an easy fix, that it wouldn’t be fixed until many days later. RecommendedMy husband and I were on Tybee for our annual trip there June 15-20. We stayed in our favorite property, The Pool House. I believe this was our fifth stay in this property. It continues to be our go-to place. So quiet with more amenities than we need. Everything is always pristinely clean and well kept. RecommendedHave rented several different units through Oceanfront Cottage Rentals over the past 10 years. Houses and condos. Each one has been perfect. Clean and well maintained. If we did have issues (it happens) it was immediately resolved with a simple phone call. Heading back in August, staying at Brassrail again and cannot wait!
