50% fee is highway robbery. There are firms who provide property tax reduction services for FREE. Also, they verbally tell you the contract is for the year, but the small print says they are your representatives until you cancel. If you try to cancel, they never process it and bill you for the next year. Then they have their team of lawyers hound dog you for payment. What a scam. Didn’t protest when I had all documents

Pathetically bad services. Agents never reach out to you for the details. very poor support. They try to have back office outsourced to other country. Access to agent who is managing your case is not there. They never study individual cases. Each protest agent is having 1000 plus files to handle. So not focused approach. My case was very simple but since too much tax money was involved, thought to consult them. Never go for this company.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!! I send so many emails & call them so many time to INACTIVE my account & they keep telling me they did not receive my email!!! Finally got an email from them telling me to call a number & indicate that I am requesting to inactivate my account & the associate told to write an email????? This has been the most horrible experience!!! I am talking to human but they act like robots!!! I can swear that the email address I send to is CORRECT!! Do not use them!!!!!!!
I submitted a new client request on Friday & the consultants are so on the balls & being very responsive to have me as a new client. However over the weekend I decided not to use their service & on Monday morning, I write a formal requesting that my account be inactivated & terminated. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!! DO NOT GO TO THEIR WEBSITE BECAUSE THEY WILL CHARGE YOU EVEN IF YOU DON'T HIRE THEM!!!! My sister looked into this company to help lower our parents property taxes but my father decided to go on his own. He filed the paperwork himself with Galveston County but yet these crooks billed him! They continued to email him thanking him for hiring them even though my father never did and now they are suing. STAY AWAY FROM THESE SCAM ARTISTS!!!!!!
