Pleased with the Account Summary Report and the Reduction. However, I do not see the Reduction reflected on Texas.gov/propertytaxes.gov website as it still shows the pre Reduction value for our home.

I didn't really have to do anything and got my taxes reduced some. Maybe if I had gotten pictures of the property in sooner, it may have been better... Im sorry I don't remember who helped me.
