RecommendedI love this hospital and the time and care they take for my animals ....my cat got bit by another animal and even though they were closing in five minutes they told me to bring him right away and they stayed open to see and treat him .....they always put my dog at ease because she is very nervous when she goes for her shots ....the doctor answers all my questions and I never feel rushed..... I recommend this hospital to anyone with pets!!!!
I love the staff. They do great work! I brought 2 dogs here that passed away in our home. They were not our vet then. They took such loving care of my deceased dogs and sent us sympathy cards for each. Then and there we decided to make this wonderful group of people our permanent vets.

This was our first visit, as we just recently moved back to SA. My skittish three-year-old dog got great care and I received great feedback. The cost was reasonable and meds were comparably priced so that I didn’t have to bother with ordering them elsewhere. The staff and doctor were super friendly and patient and answered ALL my questions. I am very pleased, and glad to say we just found our new pet doctor!

They are so sweet and loving with my 15yr old chihuahua. I've been coming here for a few years now and I can honestly say I've never had a bad experience.
This place has my business for life. Never have I been to a vet where it’s just about the animals. They have always told me what I’ve needed to get my pets, and when stuff is extra, like lab tests for my dog’s infected paw. It wasn’t needed, and the vet was speedy to get my baby her antibiotics. A couple of years ago I had an emergency situation where one of my other dogs was bleeding out from a dog attack. I called them 5 minutes before they closed. They didn’t care. I have been bringing all my pets here for years. Never any issues, staff is friendly and courteous. Place is always clean.
I like the staff, overall, but I don't like waiting for over 30 minutes for my dog's turn. I also don't care to wait for over 17 minutes AFTER my pet's exam is completed and I've PAID for someone, anyone, to return her to me out in the parking lot! The entire waiting in the parking lot, in my car, has gotten real old, real fast! And yes, I realize we are in a pandemic, but the staff needs to be more aware that 2 full hours for an annual exam and shots is a bit excessive...MY time is important, too!
The staff and Dr. Cheryl are so caring and thoughtful. They walk you through all options. With our 17 year old dog cannot see or hear and was currently having control issues. Dr. Cheryl gave us a couple of options and we are glad to say we think his pain is under control and he is able to now tell us when he needs to go out to potty! Thank you Dr. Cheryl & Staff !
