It was a rough day for us and we had known this time with him was running short but didn't expect it to be yesterday. You made the difficult parting of a furry family member extremely comforting and we are very grateful. After 12 years of happiness she brought to my fiancé, it was time for us to put her dog to rest. Ocotillo Animal Clinic was very compassionate and sympathetic. We were welcome with condolences on the hard decision we had to make. They gave us the option of laying Buttercup on her favorite blanket and being in the room with her. They provided us with a tiny jar of her fur, as well as a cast of her paw prints. During the procedure, the vet was very gentle and again shared her condolences. They treat my dog like he's visiting a pediatric clinic. My dog is my baby and they truly get it. By far THE best clinic I have gone to. The front desk staff is attentive and cheerful. They called and checked on Jet every day for three days after my visit. They saw my emotions and recognized my worry about his recovery and responded with compassion. Dr. Beck also called. These people are incredible.

I would like to thank the boarding staff for making me feel so comfortable leaving my dogs in their care. My papillon has Addison’s disease and I was so worried to leave her... but after watching both of my dogs go willingly through the door and getting pictures the moment they were dropped off I felt so much better! I got pictures every day and both of my dogs looked so relaxed and comfortable. The staff even put my dogs on the “quiet” hallway so they had a relaxing visit the entire time.
