I would like to take a moment to extended my gratitude to the staff and Dr Beck with Mr TT yesterday. It was a rough day for us and we had known this time with him was running short but didn't expect it to be yesterday. The compassion, helpfulness and understanding by everyone made things easier in sending Mr TT off to the Rainbow Bridge to run and play. You made the difficult parting of a furry family member extremely comforting and we are very grateful. After 12 years of happiness she brought to my fiancé, it was time for us to put her dog to rest. Ocotillo Animal Clinic was very compassionate and sympathetic. We were welcome with condolences on the hard decision we had to make. They gave us the option of laying Buttercup on her favorite blanket and being in the room with her. They treat my dog like he's visiting a pediatric clinic. My dog is my baby and they truly get it. By far THE best clinic I have gone to. The front desk staff is attentive and cheerful. They called and checked on Jet every day for three days after my visit. They saw my emotions and recognized my worry about his recovery and responded with compassion. Dr. Beck also called. These people are incredible.
