I shopped the online store after getting in a wreck and have had the best experience from Mrs. Charlene! She called me to keep me up to date with my whole HUGE order and was so helpful in answering all my questions. This is my first GMC and first wreck and hopefully last but god forbid this happens again I know who to go to. She was knowledgeable and amazing and made the process so much easier.

great service all the way around from sales to service, even after the sale! I purchased a truck from octane that unfortunately had some issues. Austin and Amer in the service department did everything they could to fix the problem. After jumping through many hoops for me they got with the sales team and explained my issue to them. Hi everybody, I had a great experience at octane the other day. Walked into the service dept, was greeted right away by associate. Asked what I needed. Told them I need an oil change and tire rotation. They told me would be done same day, worked out great. No hassles
