Everytime I come here I'm always waiting for 2 hrs if not more it's unfair for us regular donors that we have to sit and wait for hrs especially if they have an employee trying to donate as well they bump them right to the front while all of us regular donors wait hrs when we have stuff to do as well like take care of our kids go to work etc idk why they're employees don't have to wait no matter how long the line is they get right up there almost instantly I come here regularly twice a week and this isn't the first time this... read more
Seemingly every corporate job in America is losing integrity and safe business practices. Because I complained to the customer service line to corporate and never got a follow-up within 24 hours I was kicked out from donating all because I reported unsafe and unprofessional business practices. Is this the America my children are supposed to grow up to working or living. When someone does something wrong you tell their Superior but you get punished make it make sense.
Went to the octaplasma center over off of Sheridan and Hampden and if you're going to be a donor plan on being there at least 2 hours for every visit. It appears to be very unorganized. I don't know why I would have to get another physical every time I donate? Also watch a video and then go to the kiosk and have to answer a bunch of questions that I already did the week prior.
Why cant I get my full bonus for my friend that did his second donation
Absolutely horrible experience! I’d advise anyone against Ever coming here. I came in December of 2021 for my initial visit and did my first donation. I later went back for my second visit and was told that I had an abnormal result come back and was told to do a confirmatory check on my own and that I was deferred from donating until they got their own confirmatory results back from their testing facility.
