because of one ignorant man of me having shakes I can't donate now after donating multiple times when it wasn't an issue before I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy....also they say they will pay you more than what they actually do
The process of getting screened and donating has gone down hill significantly. It is unnecessarily slow. They rearranged the lay out and process to make the wait unnecessarily excessively longer. it took me less time going in for my physical and donating than it does now for just donating. I am seriously debating on going to a different plasma center and can't recommend anybody going here at this time. Staff is great but really should be more upfront about their qualifications. I went through 2 hours of questions and testing only to be told I couldn't give because I had a hip replacement 6 years ago. Wasted time
