Most of the staff is awesome! Cam, Brian, Tristan and a few others seem to always be there smiling and giving their attention to the donors. The restrooms are clean though locked, but they’re very nice about unlocking them so it’s really not a big deal. The app lets you sign in and gives you all the info like next eligible donation date and balance on the card they give you. Aurora location is clean and respectful. I was in and out. I have had some of the best people working with me there. So polite and welcoming. I highly recommend if you can get to this location, do so. Thanks for all you are doing to make my visit worthwhile!
All employees are always friendly and respectful. They explain everything throughly. Hours are more than reasonable. You obviously get paid which the pay out is also reasonable. I recommend.
0 stars. On Tuesday, 12/19/23, between 1-2:30pm, this crooked and unprofessional fem. Supervisor who was scheduled at the Octapharma location on 418 N Hill Ave completely neglected my complaints about a staff member there who was treating me, a female customer, differently than she treated the male customers. The staff member and the supervisor was completely rude to me. During my first donation visit, the staff was very friendly, they took the time to explain everything although they were busy 🙂 their attitude was refreshing and they made it a fun experience 🤩
