I’m a returning donor and have always complied with every request from the center — whether it’s updating my vaccine records or providing a current list of medications. This past Monday, I visited the center and was given forms to have completed by my doctor. His medical assistant confirmed that they were sent over the following day (Tuesday). Since then, I’ve heard absolutely nothing from the center. No updates. No confirmation about whether I can return to donate. I took the initiative to call the main number this morning... read more

I've donated plasma 3 times yesterday was my third everything was going fine til one of the technicians came over pinched my tube and said you might feel stinging or burning which was weird because that never happens I was already on 80% 2 seconds after he walked away it started feeling pinched I don't know what he did but 30 mins later a huge dark and red colored bruise started to form above my injection site and two other bruises formed overnight I rushed to the emergency room my bruise is the size of my hand it's super re... read more

I came in peterson helped me write away he the person who helped me in my blood donation process and he was very kind and also got help from james and others everyone was very kind and also Justin helped the process go fast , I want to thank everyone, for there help and kindness.

I came in watched some videos processing was pretty quick everyone was kind , I had a quick pass I will come again and the donations are people who really need it I recommend you coming if you need quick cash and or to donate.

Man, this place keeps having employees right reviews. We’re clearly they haven’t been to any OctaApp farmers in California Sacramento to be more specific the one I went to only pay $30 after you were a regular if you don’t go two times a week. The staff is not professional. They’re always understaffed. There’s no reason to wait an hour and a half in a line just to get vitals taken and then wait another 45 minutes to get in the chair each time please do your research before picking a plasma center. If I could leave a 0, I would. Staff is rude and understaffed so horrible wait times. They definitely don’t want people coming back
