RecommendedIt has a family type atmosphere. Not really big and very comfortable. Employees get along pretty well with the donors.
At first loved the place even though my first donation took 5 hours and had to come back three times before I even got to donate, but gave them the benefit of the doubt, but when I referred 3 people and didn't receive one bonus payment do to clerical errors and then was told because they messed up I still would not receive payment, changed my feelings greatly needless to say they lost my service the three new donors and 10 new donors because In any business if you can not correct your errors or stand by your advertisement yo... read more
phlebotomist was too rude
my husband went today blew his vein didn't even pay him for coming out and ontop of that he can't feel his arm. waste of time after being there for 4 hours
RecommendedThey are always "understaffed"! The managers are rude and stand around and talk instead of helping out their business! I've even seen one get hit for his attitude! There is usually only one person taking vitals while taking care of new donors and helping in medical room! The management also speaks rudely to employees in front of donors! Loyal donors do not get any real appreciation! Most good reviews on here on from brand new donors, but in time they will find out!

staff not friendly. went 3 different times to become a new donor an stood at front desk for over 45 mins before someone acknowledged me. short staffed.
