the little lady with the dark lipstick couldnt even get her name, is very rude & will leave you standing at the front desk waiting for someone else to help you while she just stands in the back watching.

Horrible staff poorly ran by management a bunch of people just standing around,laughing,joking gossiping unprofessional at its finest!they will mess you vein up on purpose also and act like you never donated before and don't know the process.this place needs to be closed seriously!!
