RecommendedMy last experience was bad I got stuck 3 times and couldn’t get my blood put back in me 😡, But other times it’s been pleasant so I guess but somedays it could be . But I definitely recommend them to my family and friends
it's very capable of doing what is ask of them like providing high quality care always been greeted with a smile n high professional mannerisms I appreciate them staff n mangers for creating a safe n welcome environment
I recommend going there they are a caring relaxing calm environment if anything this is the only clean safe place and once u come u will feel at home
the professionalism the staff has always treating everyone with the most respect
the staff at Raleigh were great. very informative and concerned that you were comfortable. my only issue is payment. transaction history shows money is there as well as ATM but it's not. then you wait on hold & it's fustrating. if I wasn't in a financial situation where every cent is needed I wouldn't complain. I am though and time & gas cost money.
Every time i go here it is a positive experience Great customer service and the people drawing the plasma do a great job.
they're ALWAYS short staffed and waiting is too long
This place is awful. I wouldn’t recommend donating here unless you’re getting the $100 promotion after that don’t waste your time. Candice is the worst manager, can’t keep employees, she’s too lazy to pitch in and help. In her mind the people who are donating are bothering her.
Each and every donor in our local Raleigh location uses blood pressure cuffs that are NOT cleaned between donors. Hundreds of people are using these cuffs every day. This may end up being a super spreader event, but they don't care. I've talked with two of the "managers" of this location and both have confirmed that it is company practice to only clean the cuffs at the end of the day.
