Security guy is rude to say the least.
First, the people that actually do the work in the back are incredible. They are very polite when they take our plasma . I wish that they had name tags that were a little bit more visible. The people in the front are rude and not happy I am going to pick up one person in particular her name is Marlene. She has never been happy and she has never smiled since I have given plasma. Also, they need large name tags. Also it’s important to know what it is the first that’s sticking you.
