RecommendedGood Service, Friendly Staff and the money you can make is good as well. Yes they stay busy, but that just means that they are doing a good job. I go twice a week and enjoy the conversations with the staff. They don’t treat you like a number or a statistic. They have real conversations with their donors while doing their job.

give your donors accurate information and not lie to them about when they are considered a new donors so that they are well informed and not donating under false pretence

Your poor employees. The few you have. Every time I come in they are overworked and short staffed. I have been here many times, and I cannot imagine working here. I just feel for them.
