Not worth the time or effort. Staff was dismissive. Ive donated for years at Biomat without incident but recently moved so thought I would try this place. Terrible experience with the staff so Ill be going back to Biomat.
Do not go here. Go elsewhere. They are rude and lazy. There are better places to go that will treat you right.
I was almost done with my physical, I was then told I could not donate because of a simple procedure I had 17 years prior. No where did it mention anything of the sort in the orientation. I wasted my time, at 5pm rush hour, and the ladies up front were very rude. I have donated at other facilities in the past, this one was the worst and unfriendliest.
