my first visit was obviously longer. Completely understandable to verify I was fit to donate. 2nd time, once I signed in and completed the questionnaire, I got to the donation area, and minutes later was set up and donation began. as they are open 12 hours each day you can find a good time to go in.
Octapharma is the first place I donated plasma. My experience was good. The staff is very friendly and helpful.
They are usually very quick to get you going and I haven't met one staff member that had a bad attitude.

I love this center and the workers here! Phil is so friendly and funny and makes you comfortable and another man who loves to talk about books with me. The workers enjoy their jobs and are always professional and kind and helpful. The center is always clean. I've never had a problem with anything ever! I used to donate in Gresham years ago but this center is the best!
Everyone is super friendly. Process is quick after initial physical. You’ll quickly figure out times to go to beat lines and get to know the staff a little. Painless and takes maybe 45 min. for draws. Make a few bucks for a beneficial reason a couple time a week!
Fast and friendly staff, Very educated . The facility is clean.
