This place treats people who donate plasma like we are less than garbage. They figure if you need to donate that you must be some kind of low life scumbag. I've been made to come there for separate times so far at an hour and a half round trip and was able to actually donate one time. The first three times I couldn't donate because they had nobody there to do a physical examination. The fourth time was because they are doing a protein test after only donating there once. Is the Octapharma on Milton Road in Charlotte NC closing at 8 p.m today or will they be closing ealier bc of it being Easter weekend? We can't get anyone to answer the phone. But thats not unusual.
