RecommendedI absolutely love this location. I get excited for my donation days. they make you feel comfortable and the place is spotless. they have a few extra steps in place to help with covid safety. I will never leave lol. they are just simply amazing never a line never any waits I'm in and out in 40 mins. and thanks to the octapass I don't have to use the kiosks.my favorite place all around

They shorted me on my pay,was suppose to get a 100. They only gave 55...I asked they confirmed then they lied at payment time and gave a bunch of gibberish as excuse...will never go there again
Was I only treated poorly by the physician and witnessed other's being mistreated by some staff (Unreasonable patients for the most...) Even though that staff member was trying to be helpful the people skills seemed to be out of scope for the position... But I will say they are overwhelmed and for the money these places make their should be a little more help... what supposed to get 2 more donations at $100,only got $65,contacted them several times, desk person even left a note, never heard back
Put you through the whole process only to get to the medical part and they says oops we can’t take you can of your meds.Very disappointed with the whole system. Why not ask first do you take any regular meds
13 Harper octapharma plasma got all the way through wasted 2 hours of my time an they say I can’t donate because there’s a person with the same last name and last 4 Ridiculous he has a different first name like don’t you people keep picture records obviously that ain’t me I’ve gone to Csl for years with no problems
