Agradable personal. Muy profesionales.
Stellar facutly and staff ESPECIALLY Tiahya W.
I have not been here in months but it's a great place so far. Very friendly and welcoming. Glad to be back.
Sometimes this place can really piss you off. They have no reguard For peoples time. You watch workers walking around and talking while donors sit. Today I watch a man finish his donation and sat 20 mins before he was disconnect. After vitals we sat for 30 to 40mins before being call to the donating area. None of the machines were setup, so now we are going to have to sit again for a long period before we even can do actual donating. It should not take 3 hour to donate. These people need to respect donors time. It makes no s... read more
Hi my name is Lonnie Barnum, DOB: 12/28/1969 and I'm concern into why was I'd been permanent deferred because of the phlebotomist @ location in Tampa, FL 33604 was not sticking me correctly. There where plenty of times I've donated plasma successfully because the stick was made properly but yet I'm being deferred permanently because one or two phlebotomist at that center couldn't properly located my veins. I think it's unfair and I need this to be fully evaluate. I have already was deferred 60 plus days but I feel I should... read more
I witnessed an employee disconnect two people without changing her gloves. I have witnessed employees stick multiple donors without changing their gloves. I even saw an employee wipe her gloves down with hand sanitizer instead of changing them. Watch closely.
I have been donating for a few years. Whenever Samuel R. at the Tampa location sticks me, he never asks if I'm allergic to iodine, he never asks me my name and DOB. Then when he disconnects me, he doesn't ask me if I'm allergic to adhesives and he doesn't tell me how much I get paid or my next donation date. He is the only one who doesn't do any of that. I know the employees are required to do it, because everyone else does those things. It's as if he thinks he doesn't have to because he has been there for a long time. One da... read more

Very bad service not able to accept new donors because they don't know how to set up a fingerprint for biogenetics they're forcing people to use phones just to sign in to come into the donor center
