I was actually pleased with this organization at this location. Staff was courteous, and attentive. They also offer an App that would make the process simpler, and if the app worked effectively, I would've issued a 5 star based on my initial visit.
It would be better if they didnt have staff leaving going home drunk while donors are still in line waiting on them to come back and they never come back bad for bussines donars time are also vaulable to without us they would have no job
I stopped going about 8 months ago and yesterday was the first time back, I WILL NEVER RETURN, it's sad cause I loved going there I loved the staff but the main reason for going was money and they lowered it and if they stick you five times and can't get anything and that hurts they use to pay you I got rammed 7 times 4 on left 3 on right the head person cane up and said give her ten bucks! First time going to octapharma waited 3 hours went all the way threw .. sat down to get hook up and lady told me she couldn't hook me up and she don't even know why I came there. Smfh.
I absolutely love it here had one minor problem but they fixed it quickly and then never had any issues again and I feel so welcome in the environment
