This place has went down in customer service. Octapharma needs to pay their employees better. All your best employees have left and now your customers are stuck with some of the.... I won't even say it. But you pay for what you get. Pay your employees better and bring back your old staff.

I want to get a special thank you to Denise at the Decatur location she is always so kind and polite and treat everyone with compassion and care. She is the only person I trust to stick me. She’s gentle and cares about the donors. Thankful And grateful that she makes it a good experience every time. If she Isn’t already a lead or a supervisor she definitely needs to be she lead by example for sure

Mixed feelings--people like John D. are really nice and thorough but then you have others that don't articulate the customer's name loudly and clearly. There are no directions so if your a newbie like me you're lost and have to rely on your instincts. Finally I know the place is under construction so I won't harp on the patchwork floor.

That are very nice here and helpful it is a clean place and everyone is very nice unlike other Places. And the money doesn't change after my first few times I haven't went under $70

The service and quality at this location and plasma donation center is top-notch. The wait time is not long but I did come at a relevantly slower time so I can’t speak fully on all times during the day. The process is seemingly quick. You can also expedite the process by getting the questionnaire done on your phone prior to entering their facility From there once you’re hooked up, they have new modern Upgraded machines compared to competing facilities where it is seemingly.
