When you never answer your phone and do not even give the option to speak to a person at this center it just puts it back on the customer to then take time out just to come by and ask a simple question when if you care for your donors at all you at least make it easier by answering phones sometimes. this ls by far one of the most unprofessional place. they don't know what there doing. they are rude to donors that pay their wages.
Staff is often discouteous to donors & has little regard for their time. I find many of them unprofessional & some downright incompetent
Bigots who will discriminate gender identity and sexual orientation even if someone is monogomous and clean. Will not let trans guys donate blood if they take testosterone, despite testosterone being a natural hormone that every cis male has in his body, and despite other blood clinics doing what this one refuses to. Y’all should be ashamed. This ain’t the 1950’s. It’s 2020. Grow up.
