Just very understood but the people that were working there were very helpful and trying to be very quick. Then God for them in thankful but what I don't like is as I was told on the phone that I was gonna get $840. For my 7 donations and now it's alert 600 after 7 times that is not fair at all.

Brandon is wrong. The Pontiac facility is woefully understaffed, and under trained. Be prepared for long waits and inefficient service. I’ve endured painful sticks which resulted in several weeks of deferrals and now for the 2nd time the short staff was absent from the floor for at minimum 5 mins with several machine blaring for attention. Due to the shortage of staff and lack a proper training my return was stopped and now face a 2 month deferral. I will never set foot in this location again. Under staffed and pay less than other places
I would never send my dog to that place ... after wait for 2hr to get a vein check .. Then person told sher manager that she will.not poke me at all and check the vein. Also the manager let her get away with that to. He did not offer to do it his self the vein check. He just said I sorry that you can not be poke. He did want to do it his self. I would not go back to that place again ...... It take for even to get back to a. seat to get poke to donate their...
After going through hours and hours of intake, and being told that my partial knee replacement surgery I had YEARS AGO was not a problem, I was permanently deferred because of that surgery. All this occurred after I wasted half a day going through all the reading, watching videos, physical, bloodwork. Horrible way to treat a new donor. And, after all this, I was ushered out without even an apology!
