I enjoy coming there every time I donate. Very professional and clean. Abby is my favorite. She is a sweetheart and she loves what she dose! You can see how passionate she is on how she engages with the donors. She makes me feel comfortable every time I come because I sort of scared of big needles. Love love love this octapharma!

Do yourself a huge favor and go to CSL Plasma. It is common here for the technician to have to keep re-puncturing your arm to get the process to work then when they bruise your arms up the next time you attempt to donate they will send you away because your arms are bruised by their technicians. (PS the bruising , I don't believe, is from the punctures but rather how they wiggle the needle around in your arm trying to get the needle placed properly (very unprofessional)). Great place very safe and clean and the employees respect you and your need.
The phlebotomist didn’t stay near me even though this was my first visit, and I ended up fainting and going into shock, and nobody noticed until I woke up and said I needed help. While in shock, my arm fell off the bolster and I ended up getting an awful, and extremely painful embolism. My arm was so swollen, I couldn’t even move it, and each day the bruise worsens.
