The very first time I donated there was a high pressure alarm. First girl comes over and pulls the needle back. Within a few minutes it happened again. The third time another girl came over and pulled it completely out of the vein. Within a minute there was a golf ball size lump which turned into a massive bruise. The girls aren’t very friendly at all.
I think overall everything is good. The employees are nice and work hard with being short staff. I did receive a bad bruise-hematoma from one of the male employees that took almost 2 weeks to heal 🫨 I was uncomfortable the whole session so I prefer the females to do mine. They seem to be a little more gentler ☺️ Cassie has done mine the last few times, and she is the sweetest 💗
The Nurse who put the needle in me did it incorrectly and one of the other Nurses had to correct his mistake twice, by the next day my right arm was severely bruised and is still badly bruised 4 days after donating and I wasnt able to donate again because of how bruised my arm was due to the inexperienced Nurse who put the needle in me incorrectly.
This donation center ain't all that bad. Sometimes there's a hell of a wait with only a couple ppl working on the donor floor and the new hours are making donating kinda hard seeing they open now at 9 and my schedule kinda hinders me going early now. Closing now at 6 really doesn't help but... nothing I can do about it unfortunately. The overall place is good, the employees are nice and work hard plus the place seems to be pretty clean every time I've gone. The long waits gave it a 4 star ⭐⭐⭐⭐
Today it was pretty good wasn't really much of a line I see they working towards making an effort to get people in and out as soon as possible don't really have a bad review
