I am going to switch to this location Thursday, because of a situation that happened to me. I was being bothered in my mind the longer I went without trying to say what I think I needed to relay the message. I recently had a great experience donating plasma at a local donation center. The process was smooth and efficient, and the staff were friendly and professional. BIG SHOUT-OUt to the staff but especially to MARK and his customer service! First, the donation center was clean and well-organized. I give this location a five star! The staff was prompt,and friendly! I felt very comfortable and safe during, before, and after my donation. I would definitely recommend this location for fast,safe, and friendly service from the time you walk in the door until your way out! Great Job! Keep up the great work!

If you try to call the center you won’t be able to speak to someone physically on the phone. Very inconvenient when you’re trying to get information about your protein and being deferred for a week. Also when they stated they will call for a follow up.

Octapharma is usually fairly quick when it comes to doing their job the way that they're supposed to. Sometimes they get really busy, or they are understaffed, but I feel like those things can't be avoided, and are usually hard to predict.
