my wife and I started the process on 3/20... their finger print scanner was down so we couldnt complete the process... after my wife commented on here about it they contacted us and said we should come in today... we ate lunch and went in.... my wife zipped through the process but when my turn came I ended up having to go to a different room to get my fingerprint scanned becuase the scanner wasnt working... again... after trying multiple fingers... again... it finally took one... Please fix your scanner. I came in on monday to donate, Only to be told that your scanner is down and you can't accept new donors. I was also told that it would take 24 to 48 hours. here it is wednesday and your scanner is still down. Short of driving over to Clovis, I can't communicate with anybody at the actual location so I'm hoping you get this review and that you call me when the scanner is fixed. Hopefully this week. there are other donation centers in town and I'll be happy to use one of them instead.
Well let's start off with 11 phone calls that roll to voice-mail before anyone will pick up. Then when you decide to just go and HOPE they're taking new donors, you find out that just THAT day....no new donors. so you go a couple days later, the lady says "yes we're taking new people for the next 15 minutes, so I go toy car and get my wallet, and when I come back in....Sorry, no more people today". so I come back the next day, 125pm....I sit down to register and the nurse says "if you weigh over 399, you can't donate, too bi... read more
