This place is good for what it does and shout out to Kim, John, Rosa, and Valerie these people are amazing and always have great energy they seem great to work with they are always smiling and having a good time. They are quick and efficient they definitely deserve a raise. This company did the right thing and hired these individuals. Keep up the good work!!!
John and Kim at the front are amazing! The actual back is hit and miss for skills and accuracy unfortunately. Carson Edgar and a few other people do a great job but there are a select few I will no longer allow to stick me but I love the front staff and some in the back!
This center is great everyone who works here is all amazing. They make you feel welcomed here. I have never had an issue with the staff or equipment here. I highly recommend coming to this location you’ll have a great experience at this location.
This is a great place to go! The whole staff is super kind and respectful! And if John L. is your phlobotomist, he is one of the best! He's super nice, and tell good jokes, and actually remembers previous conversations as well! Kim is super sweet too, she will watch over you and follow up on your experiences as well! Maria and Valerie are super kind and helpful as well, and very professional, and you can't hardly tell when they poke you! 5 out of 5 stars! I'd give 10 if I could! 🤣
I have been donating at octapharma for a few months now... I can honestly say they have the cleanest location...very fast with getting patient in and out with great care.... Such an awesome staff..from my experience with my blood pressure up due to a fear of needles John has helped me out with staying calm and always has it under control.. so thanks John... Keep up the good work 👍
