I had a surgery and was told by a staff member that I wouldn’t be able to donate until July 10. I came in on July 14 and was told I couldn’t donate until July 20 and that there’s nothing they can do. The employee told me the wrong date so I drove all the way up there wasting my time and gas money and the manager said sorry. Wow! That really makes it better. Make sure you talk to a manager about when you can come back when you’re deferred because you can’t trust regular staff to give you the correct information!
