Service is slow; waiting frequently during service stages. Only 1 intake machine with no assistance is frustrating. I was unable to download their app on my phone to bring the scan code of the survey to streamline the process. The staff is knowledgable and friendly although 1of the observable 8 was training. The supervising nurse in the collection department was highly skilled, humorous and extremely kind. My first time was ok My second time was not good the nurses didn’t put the needle in my vein correctly cost me not to donate plasma or put my blood back on n me so I was told I have to wait 60 days before I return
Slow. Ghetto. Unprofessional. Dirty. All of their machines are cracked up and broken. If you don't have all day then don't go to this place. The employees could care less about getting you out in a timely fashion. They're all standing around joking and talking and the managers just sit in their office instead of going out and helping when it needs to be done. The customer service at this place just sucks all around. Also, the pay is terrible.
I gave them a 5 because they were short staffed and they managed to still be professional, patient,ond overall very 🙂
