Absolutely love the Northlake location!! We are usually in and out in about an hour. The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. Shout out to Susan, Jessica, Erika for making the process smooth and easy!! Definitely recommended over biolife and Csl anyday.

Octopharma is a great place to come donate you plasma. I’ve been coming for 3 months straight. Every single staff member provide every individual with proper care. The procedure last about an hour but that an hour well worth spending proving plasma for medicine for people that need it. The location I go to is located at North Lake. Northlake Octapharma was cool! I was in and out at a timely fashion and the staff there are extremely nice and helpful! Now North Riverside is horrible!! They are extremely lazy and slow! It takes longer to get signed in than to donate! Staff disappears every 5 minutes for 10 to 15 minutes and the head manager always on his phone on the floor! I stopped going to North Riverside because of this and North Riverside is much closer to my house!
